Tasting Notes

Expressive aromas and flavors of pipe tobacco, dark cherries, and leather. Plush tannins. Distinct volcanic minerality. 

Vineyard Notes

Our Soul hails from our two Grand Superior vineyards, Nyilasmár and Nagyfai, in the village of Noszvaj. Both sites are mineral-rich, owing to their unique composition to the region's volcanic history. Rolling hills with rocks strewn about are cooled by a nearby lake, providing a majestic landscape that fosters beautiful wines.

Pairings

Serves well with bigger, more complex dishes, mainly meat (beef, pork, lamb) - or chicken with a hearty sauce. It also pairs well with dark chocolate desserts.
