Named after the fabled Bull's Blood, our Bikaver stems from the legends of the battle in the 16th century during which the Hungarians repelled the Turkish army. To celebrate this illustrious wine, we have blended five varietals harmoniously to create a beautiful rhapsody of flavors and complexity.
Our Pinot Noir comes from the Dijon 777 clone lineage, a tighter berry cluster with thicker skins, which produces beautiful Pinot Noir full of bright fruit flavors and complexity. Eger, the home of this wine, resides on a similar latitude to Burgundy and shares a comparable climate, which allows our Pinot Noir to feel entirely at home, but with a unique twist that has won over the hearts of many wine critics.
