Sky Furmint 2019

Tasting Notes

Snappy acidity. A tantalizing mix of stone fruit, pineapple, and pear. Hints of spice and almonds. Beautiful minerality. With age, luxe notes of toasted nuts and baked fruit emerge.

Vineyard Notes

Nagy Eged is a Grand Cru terroir and the region's highest vineyard at 1500 feet. The soil here is primarily limestone and is steeply sloped, which varies drastically from all other vineyards in the area. Here a southern exposure and sparse soils create concentrated, mineral-rich wines worthy of lengthy cellar aging.

Pairings

Serves well with chicken, seafood and fish. Also, pastas with a white/cream sauce.

NJK 2016

Tasting Notes

Aromas of allspice and tobacco. Concreted flavors of smoked raspberry and bramble. Plum liqueur palette hints and velvety tannins. Rich, full-bodied, and anything but subdued.

Grand Bleu 2017

Tasting Notes

Concentrated aromas of nutmeg, allspice, black cherry, and tobacco. Flavors of plum, black cherry, and chocolate, which are tied together by balanced acidity and silky tannins.
