This elegant Furmint comes from high atop Eger's most prominent terroir, the Premier Cru Nagy Eged hill. We are lucky to call this site our own, and from it we produce concentrated, mineral-rich wines in small quantities. The Furmint grape is native to our region, and we craft it in a stunning, dry style that pairs wonderfully at the table. The 2019 Furmint was fermented and aged in French and Hungarian oak barrels, on the lees, for 6 months. It is a complex, golden-colored wine with zesty fruit and vivid texture.
